Questions people ask.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel any time by email. If you’re not happy after your first month, I’ll refund it.
When do I pay?
After you’ve seen your site. I build it on a private link first, you ask for changes, and you pay when you’re happy with it. Reviews start on the day you sign up.
Who owns the website and the domain?
On the monthly plan, I build, host and maintain the site, and your domain is registered and renewed for you. The domain is always yours, and I’ll move it to your name whenever you ask, or if you cancel. To own the website itself, it’s $497 once, and I hand over the site and the domain.
How do the review requests go out?
By email from the first day, plus your review link and QR codes to share yourself. Texts switch on once your number clears carrier registration, which usually takes a few weeks. Every text includes a way to opt out.
What does AI search setup mean?
ChatGPT, Google’s AI answers and the rest build their answers from your website, your Google profile and your listings on other sites. I make sure they all show the same, correct details about your business.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
Nobody can promise a position, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Google decides. What I do is the work that’s in your control: a complete profile, a fast site that says what you do and where, matching listings, and a steady flow of real reviews.
Do you run ads or social media?
No. I focus on three things: your website, your Google profile and your reviews. I don’t run ads, buy backlinks or manage social media.
Can I make changes to my site?
Yes. Text or email me what you want changed, like new photos, prices or a new service, and I’ll do it. It’s part of the monthly plan.
